LICENSED SURVEYING Brian Harland
Brian Harland boasts a Bachelor of Applied Science (Surveying) and is a licensed surveyor for both Victoria and New South Wales. Prior to joining Planright in 1988 Brian worked with the RCA (Vic Roads) for 14 years working on cadestral engineering and construction surveys followed by two years with the Division of National Mapping. Brian has extensive experience with residential developments and major civil engineering projects.
Mark Langenbacher
Mark has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Surveying) with Distinction and is a licensed surveyor for both Victoria and New South Wales. Prior to joining Planright in 1992, Mark had extensive experience with Lewis Constructions, private surveying practices in Victoria, Division of Planning and the Department of Property and Services and as a Senior Surveyor with an oil exploration company.

Rod Seamons
Rod joined Planright as Manager of Engineering Services in 1998 after 25 years in local government and four years with the Commonwealth Railways.
He has experience in a wide range of infrastructure projects and services in rural and urban environments, involving direct labour and contracts. In the course of representing council, he has had regular contact with industry, Governments departments and statutory departments at senior level.
Rod Sloan
Rod has worked in association with Planright for a number of years. He is a qualified Minicipal Engineer and occupied the position of Municipal Engineer/ Town Planner for the Shire of Alexandra prior to local government restructures. Rod has experience with contract administration, project management, town planning, water and sewerage works and general infrastructure development.
