Highlands Estate – Moama

Design and construction management services for a staged residential estate of 260 lots including all roadworks, drainage, sewer, treated water and raw water reticulation. An extension to this project involved collecting and treating the stormwater run-off from the estate via a constructed wetland before pumping it back into the raw water system.

Chelsworth Park – Echuca

Engineering design and contract administration for a 150 lot rural residential estate on the fringe of Echuca, backing on to the Campaspe River. Works included the provision of roads, swale drains, raw and treated water reticulation.

Northgate Industrial Park – Geelong

Design services for an industrial estate including wetlands for stormwater treatment, roadworks, sewer and water reticulation and preparation of technical documents.

Bowen Street Development – Echuca

150 lot staged residential estate in Echuca, including design of all services, preparation of technical specifications and contract documentation and construction supervision services.

Northlinks Development – Tatura

Northlinks is an exciting residential development lodated in Tatura incorporating an extension to the existing golf course and in excess of 250 allotments. The development allows for the harvesting and treatment of stormwater run-off from the residential areas to be reused for irrigation of the golf course.
